Smart Tactile Solar Panels

A wood structure, a leaf pattern or the skyline of Eindhoven – everything is possible with these new interactive solar panels. The patterned solar cells are placed in different layers which leads to a special 3d effect. The result: a more tactile and aesthetic solar panel. The integrated LEDs and IOT module drive the interaction. By moving around the element the colors change in a subtle way. When you touch the panel it lights up. The panel can be integrated in facades, street furniture and pavements at the Solarsquare.
