Internship for a product designer
Studio Bas Sala/Smart Rain Barrel, Rotterdam (NL)
For our design studio we are looking for open-minded creative people who love to design and to make. Studio Bas Sala is a small interdisciplinary design studio in Rotterdam. We design and make products, objects, and (interactive) installations. We focus on designs to help reduce the impact of climate change. The next months we will be working on circular product concepts and products. Our smart rain barrel (www.slommeregenton.nl) is an example of one of those products.
Our team is a mixture of creative people and technicians. We are creatively driven. This means that the technique is supportive to the design and look and feel of the products.

This we expect from you :
- You like both computer and practical work and have experience with building products, furniture, models;
-You work independently;
-You have knowledge of at least one 3D design program;
-You study product design / industrial design / furniture design / interior design, or similar.

-An allowance of € 150.- per month.*

Studio Bas Sala is located in the city center of Rotterdam. Our production facility is located in the harbor area in South Rotterdam
